About Jeremy

With over 20 years in learning and development, Avaunt Partner Group founder Jeremy Richards is an executive coach, bestselling author, keynote speaker, and consultant based in the Seattle area. In 2023, Jeremy released his book, The Accomplished Creative: Overcome Imposter Syndrome, Forge Courage, and Tap Into Limitless Creativity, which became an international bestseller. His clients have included Amazon, Microsoft, Starbucks, The Gates Foundation, The Federal Reserve, and the US Army. Jeremy’s work has appeared widely, including in Forbes, Poetry, McSweeney’s, The Huffington Post, and on National Public Radio’s Morning Edition and All Things Considered. He holds an MA in cultural studies from The University of Washington.
