Privacy Policy

Last updated October 1, 2026

This policy describes information handled through Avaunt Partner Group’s Revenue Performance Engine website and related inquiries. Contact Jeremy Richards at jeremy.richards@avauntmedia.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information you provide

When you email us or book a diagnostic, you may provide your name, email address, company, role, scheduling details, and information about your business. We use that information to respond, arrange meetings, evaluate your request, and discuss relevant services.

Please avoid including passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential customer records in an initial inquiry.

Revenue calculator

The calculator performs its calculations in your browser. The current website code does not send calculator entries or results to Avaunt, store them in a database, or save them in cookies or browser storage. If you choose to share your numbers by email or during a meeting, we receive the information you share.

Technical information and external services

When you access a hosted website, its infrastructure providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested page, and request time to deliver and protect the service.

This website requests fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to load those files, which exposes technical request information to that provider. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Booking buttons link to Calendly. Calendly collects information you enter on its booking pages and provides booking details to us. Its own cookies and privacy practices apply when you visit that service. See Calendly’s Privacy Notice. Clicking an email link opens your email application, and your email provider processes the message under its own policies.

Cookies and analytics

The current website code does not set cookies or include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. External services you visit, including Calendly, may use cookies. Browser controls let you manage cookies and site storage. This policy must be updated if the site adds analytics, advertising, forms, or other data collection.

How we use and share information

We use inquiry and booking information to communicate with you, prepare for meetings, assess service fit, keep business records, and address support or security concerns. Email, scheduling, and other providers involved in those activities process the information needed to provide their services.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or a legal dispute. The current website contains no mechanism that sells personal information or shares visitor data with advertising networks.

Client engagement data

This website does not collect sales recordings, CRM records, or rep practice sessions. If you become a client, the service agreement and any applicable data-processing terms will describe the data needed for your build, authorized access, relevant providers, and handling of confidential materials. Those terms should be agreed before client data is transferred.

Retention and security

Inquiry, scheduling, and business records may remain in the systems used to manage our correspondence and engagements. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the status of our relationship, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.

No website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee complete security. If you need to share confidential materials, contact us to arrange an appropriate method.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to correct your contact information, stop marketing follow-ups, or review a request to access or delete information associated with you. Email jeremy.richards@avauntmedia.com and describe your request. We may need information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records.

Depending on your location and which laws apply, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or an appeal of a privacy decision. We will handle applicable requests as required by law. Some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons. You may also contact the relevant privacy authority.

Audience and location

This website is intended for business decision-makers and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can review and address it. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our website or relevant information practices change and revise the date shown above. Contact jeremy.richards@avauntmedia.com for questions about this policy.
